bubblo Privacy Policy: what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over your data.

This policy explains how bubblo (https://bubblo.ai, the “Service”) collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: the email address required to sign up and sign in.
  • Customer content: the documents you upload to your knowledge base, the URLs you submit for crawling and their content, and the details of the Action endpoints you configure.
  • End-visitor data: the conversations between your site's visitors and the AI widget, along with an anonymous visitor identifier used to maintain conversation continuity.
  • Technical information: access logs, IP addresses, browser type, and other data necessary to operate the Service.

2. How we use information

We use the information above solely to provide and improve the Service: generating AI answers, displaying conversation history, measuring usage, and ensuring security and troubleshooting. Your knowledge base content and conversation data are never used to train public models, and are never sold to any third party.

3. Data storage and sub-processors

The Service is built on the infrastructure below. Data flows through these providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the Service to you:

  • Cloudflare (edge compute, storage, and email delivery)
  • Railway (managed hosting for our database, cache, and knowledge base vector search)
  • Third-party large language model providers (used only to generate answers, transmitting the necessary context per request)

4. Data retention and deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active; conversation history is kept for the period specified by your plan. When you delete an agent or account, the associated knowledge base content and vector indexes are removed accordingly.

5. Security

All data is transmitted over TLS encryption, and knowledge base content is stored in isolation by account and agent, with no cross-access.

6. Your rights

You can view, export, or delete your data at any time from the dashboard. For assistance, contact support@bubblo.ai.
