Configure your organization's AI support, knowledge, widget, alerts, and shared inbox
Bubblo adds AI support to your website through a chat widget. On every turn, Bubblo’s stateless AI runtime loads the current organization’s Knowledge and Actions, while its conversations are managed from one shared Inbox.
How Bubblo works
- Choose or create an organization for a website, product, or support use case.
- Add Knowledge from files, written content, or public web pages, then index it for the organization’s AI.
- Customize the Widget channel with its avatar, color, position, languages, greeting, suggested questions, and branding.
- Install one script on your website using the Widget channel ID (
cid). - Manage conversations in Inbox. Let AI respond, take over when a person is needed, and resolve completed conversations for a generated summary.
Core concepts

| Organization | The boundary for members, plan usage, Knowledge, Actions, Inbox conversations, and the Widget channel. |
| AI core | The stateless runtime that answers with the current organization’s resources. It is not a resource you create or switch. |
| Knowledge source | A file, manual text entry, or web page that becomes available to the organization’s AI after indexing. |
| Widget channel | The organization’s website chat widget. Its cid identifies the channel and organization for each request. |
| Inbox | The organization’s real-time conversation view for reviewing messages, replying as a human, taking over from AI, and resolving conversations. |
| Insights | Conversation summaries and, on Pro, scheduled aggregate support reports. |
What you can do today
- Sign in with Google, GitHub, or an email magic link.
- Create multiple organizations for separate businesses or sites, each with its own resources and usage.
- Upload PDF, DOCX, Markdown, and text files; write content directly; or add web pages.
- Review and edit content before indexing it.
- Configure English, Chinese, and Spanish widget copy with a live preview.
- Upload a support avatar and, on Pro, hide the Bubblo badge.
- Install the widget with an HTML script and control it with
window.Bubblo. - Monitor conversations in real time, investigate AI incidents, and switch between AI handling and human takeover.
- Configure a supported custom AI provider on Starter or Pro, and choose how managed and custom replies are routed.
- Send content-free AI handoff alerts by email or webhook.
- Review summaries for resolved conversations and Pro aggregate Insights reports.
- Review plan usage and manage the subscription from the dashboard.
- Invite organization members and manage their roles.
