Cookie Policy
bubblo Cookie Policy: which cookies and similar technologies we use, and how to manage them.
Effective date: 2026-06-12
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (such as localStorage) that bubblo uses.
1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser to remember information such as your sign-in state. localStorage is a similar local storage mechanism provided by the browser.
2. How we use them
- Essential session credentials: used to keep you signed in after you log in to the dashboard (dash.bubblo.ai).
- Anonymous visitor identifier: sites that embed the bubblo widget store a random identifier in the visitor's browser localStorage to maintain conversation continuity; it is not linked to any real identity.
- Security: our infrastructure provider Cloudflare may set security cookies to defend against attacks.
We do not use any advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. How to manage them
You can view, delete, or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to the dashboard; clearing localStorage will restart visitor conversation history in that browser.
