bubblo Terms of Service: what the service provides, your account responsibilities, acceptable use, and disclaimers.

Welcome to bubblo. These Terms form the agreement between you and the bubblo team regarding your use of the Service. By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

bubblo provides embeddable AI support for your website: answering visitor questions from your knowledge base, calling the business endpoints you authorize through Actions, and supporting human handoff of conversations.

2. Your account

You must register with a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you discover your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not upload or distribute unlawful or infringing content, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
  • Do not attack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the Service;
  • When configuring Actions, ensure you are lawfully authorized to access the endpoints you connect.

4. Your content

The knowledge base content you upload and the conversation data it generates remain yours. You grant us the permissions necessary to provide the Service (parsing, indexing, retrieval, and generating answers).

5. AI output disclaimer

AI answers are generated from your knowledge base but may still contain inaccuracies. For important decisions, rely on human verification; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI output.

6. Plans and fees

The free plan is provided within the limits published on the site; the features and prices of paid plans are as published on the pricing page, and we will give advance notice of any changes.

7. Changes and termination

We may iterate on, adjust, or discontinue certain features. If we plan to discontinue a major part of the Service, we will give reasonable advance notice and provide a way to export your data. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
