How does bubblo build a knowledge base?
Two ways: upload files like PDF, Word, or Markdown, or enter a URL and let bubblo crawl your site automatically. It parses, chunks, and builds a vector index, so answers are grounded in your real content and fully traceable.
What are Actions?
Register your business APIs as Actions and the AI agent calls them as tools whenever a visitor asks — looking up orders, checking stock, opening tickets, processing refunds, all inside the conversation. Sensitive actions can require visitor confirmation.
Do I need a technical team to deploy?
No. After creating a project in the dashboard, copy one line of code and paste it before your site's closing body tag — about three minutes end to end. React and Vue snippets are provided too.
Will the AI make things up?
No. bubblo's answers are strictly grounded in your knowledge base. When it can't find a sufficiently confident answer, it says so plainly and routes the conversation to your human inbox instead of inventing one.
Which languages are supported?

How is my data kept secure?
